Exclamation the phone is running on naugat 7.0 but I'm having issues when I minimize applications to continue from same spot will have to start the application from the begging.... This is not so on Marshmallow 6.0.... Anybody with solution or link to download 6.0 for this build x556 Marshmallow rom build no h371a-n-

Which exactly is your phone model, Is it Hot 4 Pro or Hot 6 Pro?

try checking for new update that might fix bug OR check your phone if there's any task manager that auto cleans closed processes
if you want to downgrade, backup your current firmware using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
download and flash any X556-H371A-M- firmware @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19927.html
