My samsung s7 edge keep saying USSD CODE RUNNING

Hello I am using samsung s7 edge, when trying to check balance or use any ussd code it only keep showing ussd code RUNNING,and no OUTPUT is SHOWN.. . Pls help me with solution..thanks...

did this problem recently start OR it's been there?
does it occur on other different network provider sims?
have you tried restarting the phone?

It can be network problem of your current SIM.reinsert SIM card as well as Try to select manually network in mobile network settings in your phone. Have u get calls or r u able to make calls without any issue ? 1st try to insert a SIM of friends which have strongest network in your area and check dialng any USSD code,also dial *#06# code (or any rom code) and tell its working or not and and post the result here.Also tell us have u got your phone from another country ?
