Pls help hovatek i have a dead infinix x601 lte i tried flashing it with sp flashtool but it shows hardware storage type mismatch and i tried formatting it with sp flash version 3.0xx but it won't load the scatter file pls help what is the solution

How did the phone go dead?
Do you know the phone's build no?
Try backing up your phone's firmware using miracle box @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html , let's know if it works.

The phone is charging and when it reached like 45 percent it started to hang  the touch refuse to respond i tried forcing it to reboot and it just went off but not coming up again i change the charger no sign of charging nor vibration i tried to replace the battery. all to no avail i tried to read info with miracle but it won't download boot it will just be detected as mt6753 device i tried formatting it with cm2 also but shows device boot  can't be done

seems like hardware problem, try charging the battery of the device externally then attemp to power it on
attach a full screenshot of the error message when you attempt to flash
do you remember / know the build number of the phone?
download any preloader and scatter file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-19871.html then perform a ram test using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21972.html ; post the outcome
