I have a X-tigi A1 plus (Gionee A1 MTK 6755), whilst trying to root the phone many months ago I managed to delete both IMEI's. I can flash the original ROM back but have been unable to restore the IMEI's. I tried SN Writer, MTK flash, Mobile Uncle, MTK engineering mode and Chamelephon. I have root access with Magisk. NONE of them worked.
I finally tried ghostphone today and it WORKED!
Now I can finally use my phone again. Now if only there was an AOSP rom that worked.... I've tried others but the phone will not boot even after successful flashes with SP tool. Only Gionee A1 firmware will boot the phone.
