I successfully used your guide to unlock the bootloader and I was able to create a custom vbmeta file with no problem. I tried all of the possibilities that magisk can provide as far as I am aware. I have patched the boot image and signed it flashing successful but stuck in a bootloop. Patched recovery and signed. It was successful in flashing but I still did not acquire root. The BLU g60 is on android 9 pie. I have followed all of the guides I could find on here step by step and still cannot figure it out. Maybe some 25-30 straight so far trying to figure this phone out. Any help would be great. I have both windows 10 and Ubuntu 20 at my disposal.

it's possible that stock recovery replaced the patched recovery
first try patching boot using magisk canary build @ https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZGLWoJ-POlA ; don't forget to sign the patched boot as usual

Got it finally. I will try when I get home. Magisk canary drive link https://drive.google.com/file/d/10oI778-...p=drivesdk

Magisk canary worked for boot. Tried to flash a recovery signed but still got the boot stick. What now?

*Edit*
Patching recovery with magisk canary then signing with rsa4096_vbmeta.pem like I did with boot and vbmeta file. Flashed patched signed recovery after I flashed patched signed boot and all works fine. Now all I need is to figure out why twrp isn't working after porting. I need more in depth steps with specific instructions so I can learn. Again I have windows and Ubuntu to work with.
