Hi
I have a clone Huawei P20 the phone is stuck on Factory mode & no key works i.e volume up /down I cannot exit from factory mode the phone starts with "no command" & after few seconds reaches to factory mode. As keys are disable so nothing can be done ..kindly suggest some thing to solve this

how did this problem begin? and have you tried checking the volume keys to be sure that either one isn't stuck?

how did you confirm that the keys work fine? you just mentioned that the volume keys don't work
you should take the device to an experienced hardware technician to help check the vol keys for you

ofc you can attempt to look for and flash stock firmware just to be sure that it isn't software related problem
first make a full firmware backup using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html OR https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html
then verify the build number of the device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-16005.html
you can try searching for the firmware online using the build number of your device
