Good evening team H.
Pls i have this tecno k7, for some unknown reason the device goes off at will and when its doing so, the screen will appear like it is bad and gradually keeps going off and then wont come back on till when it feels like. Could it be a software related issue or hard ware? Cos prior to know, it was working fine.

flash stock firmware then confirm if the issue still persists, if it still persists and you used the same firmware build then it's not software related

Been getting 4035 error code when flashing with SP.
I have drivers installed and i used the same OS i used before but don't know why the sudden error from SP.
I have used different SP versions but same error outcome.
And i thought when flashing with SP it ought to be preloader and not com port???
When i plug to pc ordinarily, it doesn't show its charging but i keep hearing the connected and unconnected sound.

error 4035? attach a screenshot of the error message
what's the build number of your device? and the build number of the firmware you are trying to flash?

if preloader is still intact then you'll eventually get the preloader port instead of mtk usb port

be sure to check your usb cable and ports and try different ones
you could also try with and without battery and also with and without holding any vol button

Sorry for the late reply. I meant to say 4032 error. And I'm sure it's the same firmware I used but I can't seem to get it to work with the device. I can't seem to verify from the device bcos it won't even come on.
No sign of it charging whatsoever.
Only sign of life is when I connect it to pc.

did you try using format all except bootloader before flashing the firmware?
