It hangs on experience smartlife now.A friend brought it in that state.

download h3 scatter file @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-88.html then flash the ctr recovery.img in the cwm backup to the phone using sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html
let me know if the phone is able to enter carliv touch recovery mode
