Some windows 7 users complaint about dark background and a printed text at lower right side of their desktop saying "THIS COPY OF WINDOWS IN NOT GENUINE"
Although they cracked it and activated it after the installation...
But after connecting to the internet (sometimes windows update) make that text to start appearing...
HOW TO SOLVE:
1. open an elevated command prompt [CLICK START MENU - TYPE "CMD" WITHOUT THE QUOTE - RIGHT CLICK CMD AND RUN IT AS ADMINISTRATOR
2. In the command prompt type: "SLMGR -REARM"
3. Press enter key after success message reboot the system
4. if anything pop up asking you to activate the windows click cancel...
and you are done you can now change your wall paper
