I have the Etisalat modem software on my PC and it detects it and browses. The problem is that it doesn't bring up autoplay or CD drive in file explorer to install on a system that doesn't have the software before. That is the problem I face. Thanks
Flash modem dashboard with new modem firmware.

If you can provide your modem details, we may help with the firmware update procedure
This should hopefully fix your modem
