While I was using my phone this morning , I decided to reboot it but has not been booting fully ever since then. Just keeps displaying infinix without coming on. Please, what do I do? The phone is about a month old and I have ever rooted it.

1. never or even rooted?
2. have you tried doing a factory reset in recovery mode?
