I need permission to download backup file for the above mentioned phone. I need to unlock the phone but factory reset requests for the unlock code in order to proceed and the code is forgotten by the user. I tried to root it through adb so I could use the adb command prompt to unlock it but unable to root. My only option now is to flash with file.
