Good day, I just downloaded the latest version of my device "infinix X559C" and am yet to install. I looked everywhere but still couldn't locate the zip file in anywhere my SD card.

Download es file explorer then after installing it. Run it then click the magnifying glass and type the file name or file your looking for. If not try deeper search.

the location of update.zip in phones varies some usually store the file in /data within root. this folder is not accessible without having root permission
you'll need to root the phone then perform a search as @Davidburbos666 mentioned but search the root folder for *.zip
you can take a firmware backup first before rooting, so once you've got the update.zip file then you restore your firmware backup to remove root

Is that an OTA update or Not? If it is an OTA Update you need root permission to enter the system or usually data folder. If you get root on your phone just go to / folder then /data again /data then find your system update app package name after finding it open it now look at on the folder that's it.

Simply

/data/data/com.xxxxxxxxxx.x/files.......

Where xxxx is your system update app package name
