Have tried factory reset from android recovery option.
Have cleared the internal memory
Have even rooted it with superuser.
I tried using mtkdroid tools, but it gives error-- 'unknown ROM structure, backup not possible ' so i guess its bcos its not an mtk device.

All these still couldn't solve the problem.

You'll need the firmware. We're working on it
