[Please help] My etisalat mf190a modem not displaying autorun to install

The problem is that it doesn't bring up autoplay or CD drive in file explorer to install on a system that doesn't have the software before. That is the problem I face. Thanks(14-03-2016, 03:28 AM)droidmobitech If the modem is not detecting, firmware update won't be possible.......try reinstalling the modem software , by download the exact dashboard software from the internet. Afterwards connect modem to see if it detects.
Or hardware fault may exist in modem
