hello,

Please kindly assist my universal modern in not showing in English and is not connecting to the internet here is the attachment  of what it looked liked on screen. Please kindly assists thanks.

From your screenshot, I see no Internet Profile Created for your network

To connect and browse the Web with mobile partner, an Internet settings (profile) must be set.

Set Internet setting in Profile Area; Network;

***Set NAME as "NETWORK NAME"

****APN ----as Internet

***** Acess Number---- *99#

Save settings and choose as DEFAULT profile

Go back to main interface
You should see your Internet profile in profile Bar

Press Connect to access the Internet

uninstall the modem software and reinstall again if the problem persist then try downloading another modem firmware and flash it or download another modem dashboard
