(30-01-2018, 08:56 PM)oxi Ok I've just read another 'How to root' thread and I get it now.
But why on both and not only on SD Card?

Just incase one of the two isn't detected in recovery mode
fastboot boot home/user/recovery.img
(31-01-2018, 11:41 AM)oxi Ok thank you
On linux , can I copy the Philz recovery.img in my /home/user/ directory and load the Philz recovery by typing
...
(31-01-2018, 05:17 PM)X3non you can try and see the outcome for yourself but its best you always place the recovery.img file in the same folder location as adb and fastboot files to avoid mistakes
(31-01-2018, 06:39 PM)oxi So can you tell me if usr/bin is the appropriate folder where to paste recovery.img file on linux?
(16-09-2018, 04:13 PM)Mark-o Hi. There is a new update for Acer Liquid z6 (T09).
OS_Acer_Acer.T09.AV0M0.1.035.00.EMEA.GEN1_A60M_A.zip
The Philz_Recovery.img and SuperSU-v2.82-201705271822.zip can be installed everything. Root is available after that.
However, I want to boot into the recovery, is still the original recovery of acer to see. Do I still need to install a CWM or TWRP with MTKdroidTools or ADB?
Sorry. English is not good. Google helped me.
