you never got to tell us how your device got totally dead in the first place
then you mentioned something "it looks like all partitions except userdata was flashed" ., making it sound like you are not sure if it really flashed. did you get a green tick in SPft when you flashed?

My intention in the first place was to root it, so I unlock the bootloader and, before I was able to ry something else, there was and upgrade and the phone never wake up again. Interruption, lost of power supply, I don't know, but essentially it was a bad upgrade

userdata.img is huge, so commonly fail to flash it. But yes, it finished with the green tick if I tried a couple of times.
Even whit that, you are right, I'm not sure it really flashing it. It's strange that nothing change after all

EDIT: I find the user who made this Rom (vikkksss from 4pda) and he is a little bit concerned about people posting it like a Stock Rom when it isn't. But... right now is the only Rom we have, so thanks vikkksss.

EDIT 2: I tried to flash it one more time and, finally, something change. Now, if I try to repeat the process again SP Flash game an error:

I tried SP Flash Tool 5.1532 but any version below 5.1548 reject the scatter as invalid and over it (5.1548 included), the 6045 error.
