Good morning everyone.
I recently noticed that my Tecno L9 plus has been charging very slow (takes about 8 hours to get full charge), and doesn't connect to PC and OTG.
So, I changed the charging port and the problem still persists. Now, I've been charging my device for the past 6 hours. Whenever I connect an OTG, it says connected successfully but won't be displayed in file manager.
Also, anytime I connect to PC, it says the device malfunctioned and not detected.
Please help me
did you change the charging port yourself or someone else did? ie can you confirm that the replacement is brand new and works on a different device?
have you confirmed that this OTG storage works fine on a different device?
have you tried a different battery / USB charger?
