hi there tecno pop1 reboots constantly reboots, hard reset could not fix it, and pin code still present after hard reset. what's causing it?

the device model on your thread title is different from that on the post. whats your device model?
have you tried flashing firmware? and the pin code lock is exists after flashing firmware?

its an error, f3 pop1 is the device. yea and I've flashed it but the code still exists, even after hard reset it still exists and acts like it never been flashed.

for confirmation, you flashed firmware using PC and the lock still exists? if yes then emmc chip on the phone is faulty and needs to be replaced
