Good evening guys... Pls i have this small problem with my tecno ca7..... I was browsing with it eventually the screen went blank ever since then the phone has refused to boot.... If i plug to system it makes the sound... It tried using miracle box to read it but it doesnt seem to download the boot.... Today i plugged to my laptop fortunately it turned with the battery drained so i left it then unplugged it from the system to AC wall socket unfornately since the n it hasnt showed up again more than 2 hours now..... Pls help profer solution... Am confused

Please Try to remove the battery and put it back.

Try to boost the battery using charger terminals.

Ok if you   try it or check another battery, if that doesn't work we will continue the troubleshooting till your device get recovered.
