if you have 1 network bar esp on 2G / EDGE then that's likely from the network provider (weak signal strength in that area)

you're to place the files in the correct folder location ie \sdcard\twrp\backups\
create a folder then copy the files into that folder then copy the folder to the location above
OR make a simple backup of secro and nvram then replace the files from that location with the new files then restore
