you can't port or make twrp using scatter file
backup firmware from your device using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21970.html or https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-13347.html
from your post @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-185...#pid187943 ; you've already flashed an incompatible twrp which means you've lost stock recovery
so copy and rename boot.img from your backup to recovery.img then use it to port twrp using the tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21839.html
