Yes, rename boot.bin to boot.img and patch with magisk.
If you want to flash with adb&fastboot leave just rename magisk_patched.img to boot.img and flash.
If you want to flash with miracle box rename magisk_patched.img to boot.bin then create a new folder on pc paste the boot.bin (patched), scatter file and preloader.bin then flash with miracle box.
