Hello to you all.
I have an Alcate pixi 5017D that is dead and I tried to flash it with sp flashtool but to no avail.
Beside that the stock ROM that I have downloaded does not have a preloaded file and it's the same stock ROM that is available on hovatek forum.
It is really urgent and I need your help....

Hello I have tried 2 others firmwares downloaded from Hovatek link given to me but it is not still flashing.
It gives me error 4032 and I even used sp flashtool 3.0 but it gives me another error 2005

What can I do please?

secondly, try performing a ramtest using the guide @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-21972.html and post the result

i dont think SWD tool will make any difference but you can generate checksum @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-23301.html

Hello

I have tried the ram test but it shows me error 4032...I don't know what to do again.
Please can I have a link of a ROM dump of this model or anything else?
