(12-01-2021, 12:31 PM)CloudRazor Oh my bad ... the phone model was a kc8 and i ended up flashing it with a kc2 firmware .... the backup i created isn't flashing fully though issues as just narrated above... From the recovery of the backup firmware (TECNO/H6110/TECNO-KC8 10/QP1A.190711.020/LMN-OP-201026V96) i looked for this Firmware but couldn't find it anywhere. i have tried KC8-H6110LMN-Q-OP-200907V21 and Tecno_Spark_4_KC8_MT6761_V111_191006 firmware but still the touch screen doesn't work. I have attached the screenshot of the backup files i have.

your backup is full alright, if you are sure that this backup was made when the touchscreen still worked? because if you did and are able to flash the backup and touchscreen still doesnt work then you might be looking at a hardware problem

As i mentioned in post #7 while trying to flash the backup of the firmware i created, the pgpt.bin could not flash citing writing error in miracle box (see attached screenshot) and in SP flash tools it writes the preloader successfully then presents the error partition not found ( check the screenshot too). All that after formatting all + Download. When I try to use the software download tool on the backup firmware, it forecloses then on relaunching it it shows an error (as attached below too). As for the prop.default I don't see the mentioned file from the files in the previous screenshot but i believe the data you are looking for is either in the recovery.bin file or boot.bin file ( so i have included them both too).
