Unless you fix your USB port, your're pretty limited in fixing this issue since your phone is running on stock recovery. You could however try creating an update.zip and flashing it in stock recovery if that would work.

there's almost nothing we can do.
1. Your phone is bricked and cant enter home screen, only recovery mode (not a problem at all)
2. Your USb port is bad (calls for concern)
3. Your phone is running on stock recovery, not CWM (not good)
4. You dont have a PC (KO)
 
we would practically have to create the update.zip, send it to you and hope it works. 
by the way, how did your phone get bricked in the first place?

I was trying to change a front on my phone and suddenly the phone got hang i removed the battery and switch it on thats how it start booting.
