Hi Buddies,

Tried the MTK droid tool.... getting "zero file, no space on device" error despite having a 32GB MMC and 7GB free space on tab itself..

Free up more space on the phone storage.
Let me see a screenshot of mtk droid tools once it detects the phone

The MTK droid detects the phone, The box is green with my phone details listed.

I have increased the free tab memory space to 10GB and memory card still 32GB.

The error of zero file still persist.

** I may not be able to provide a screen shot now.

Thanks.

Since you can't provide a screenshot, tell me the storage space stats displayed in MTK droid tools

Isn't 10GB enough?
Is it possible to change the write location to the SD card?

In the 8H, MTK droid tools saves the Nandroid backup to the phone storage so it needs to be as free as possible.
I would advise you download the 8H firmware @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html
