After lot of problems faced in unrooting which took me more than 12hrs cos my phone bricked after update but got it solved and finally updated it with no flaws. Now I want to unroot the phone back by flashing twrp recovery image, but whenever I connect my phone to system, it will start charging which doesn't occur the first time I rooted it. Help me on this.

You need to reinstall / update vcom drivers.

im not asking you to re-install drivers. im asking you to update the vcom drivers associated with the device. see the link above for the steps
anyways, try using another PC

That link contain sp flash tool errors and not how to update vcom drivers.

see the part that says "Phone automatically disconnecting during flashing"

I tried all those steps but still the same even using another system, another USB. Is my phone going to be off when doing it. If yes then m right, still the same

Can adb detect the phone when on?

hello everyone.. my name is lucky and am new to this forum and really in need of help. i just got a Tecno C8 about a week now, and am already fed up with the lack of multitasking as background apps keeps closing (Really frustrating). please i need step by step help on how to downgrade it to kitkat. i would be very grateful. kind Regards
