I made a backup from a working phone but i don't know how to build a pac file to flash it with research download

thanks, but it doesn't work!
1st when i open the userdate nothing appears (the pop up pops with 0 on every item, and there's no Dalvik cache)
2nd i've follow all the steps but without using Yaffey, all is fine but when i try to flash i get error Download size is over its partition. what should i do to solve this?

List the files in your backup folder

I see that fdl 1&2 are missing.
its best you make the pac using a box
