[Tutorial] 9mobile customer care number and how to speak with an agent / representative

Just incase you missed the headlines, Etisalat Nigeria has been sold off and re-branded as 9mobile . If you have been trying to speak with a 9mobile customer care representative but don't get that option on the menu then here's a way around it

Steps to speak with the 9mobile Nigeria customer care helpline
  1. Dial 200 from your 9mobile line or 08090000200 also from your 9mobile line or other networks e.g MTN, Airtel, Glo etc (these are the 9mobile Nigeria customer service numbers / lines)
  2. Select option 1 (for English Language)
  3. Select option 4 (to resolve a complaint)
  4. Your call will be directed to a 9mobile customer care representative
If you're still unable to get through to a 9mobile customer care representative via their helpline (all their agents are busy) then visit their website @ http://9mobile.com.ng/ to chat with a Rep. via their live chat widget at the bottom right corner or send an email to their customer care email address which is [email protected]
