Techno s9

My techno s9, since I bought it doesn't transfer or receive via USB. It just charges. No window pops up for USB connection. We have gone settings but its still dat way ad though its manufacturers forgot while making it. Can anything be done?

Sir, when I unplug the ear-piece from its port, the screen sleeps & immediately a clock-like alarm starts beeping, this stops on its own. It cant be stopped.
What can be done pls?

Unlike every other device, my techno s9 USB port, when a cable is plugged into it, only charges. No pop-up for data transfer & sharing. All settings done, still the same. Usb port's just useless. Its just a charging port. Any suggestions?
