Plz help I edited my build.prop file and it bootlooped

It boot looped
I then in recovery mode formatted every thing
Even /system
I downloaded stock ROM of INTEX AQUA POWER HD and tried to install it using sp flash tools but unsuccessful Then I used adb to pull build prop to edit and pulled it
It was like a folder "build.prop" in which there was another folder "xbin" in which there was "su" file which wasn't the build. Prop
Plz help I told what I had done
My device is a mediatek device

And because the sp flash tools works in phone off this is the link from which I downloaded my stock ROM http://downloadstockrom.com/stock-rom-fo...er-hd.html. and first I switched off my phone then using sp flash tools I selected scatter file started installing one progress bar completed then in status bar it was written that it was written "searching" then on switch offed phone I connected then it detected then one more progress bar started then it completed and a box appeared of an issue and it said in a big box that you should select firmware update to avoid data loss I tried it too but unsuccessful
Plz tell me
And how I can repair the build prop too

Without telling them its rooted
No matter if they say its not in warranty
But plz tell can company can repair it
How much around of money they may cost
