my techno phantom N9 shows "sales tracker force stoped" after i restore it and when I tap my OK it will show it again pls someone should help me

1. was your phone rooted?
2. is sales tracker some app you installed?
3. can you get access to a working n9
4. do you have a PC?
5. have you tried booting the phone into safe mode ( https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-572.html ) ?

2. i didn't installed any app with that name
3. i cant get access to any n9 here for now
4. yeah i have a pc

let's have your gmail address so we grant you permission to download N9 MTK backup
1. Boot into recovery mode and clear cache and wipe data / factory reset
2. try booting into safe mode and let's know if you still get that error message

I have done all that but still get thesame popup. Pls just grant me permission to download the N9 custom rom.

granted! flash only Android (system.img) using sp flash tool @ https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-159.html

it might be a permission issue. the are two possible lines of action
1. flash cwm to the phone by booting into factory mode (volume down + power button) and using https://www.hovatek.com/forum/thread-455.html then wiping dalvik cache and resetting permissions
2. format the phone using sp flash tool then flash the entire MTK backup
