[Please help] sp flashtool error

Hi guys
I have a problem with my htc desire 616 with chipset mt6592
my phone is now DEAD, not even starting, just black body
I downloaded the ROM for it from needrom.com and used sp flashtool but I get this error(8406) and no hint: screenshot attached
I tried many solution but none of them works, What Can I do now?
Has my phone gone? Sad

there's hope.
1. when you connect the phone to PC, does it make a connection then disconnection sound?
2. what error did you get with SP flash tool version 3?
3. have you tried using another PC and USb cord (Windows 7)?

1. yes
2. Error 3314 (EMMC flash not found)

3. yes, I tried a USB cable for htc that came with mobile and lenovo mobile, and tried both windows 7 on another computer and here I use windows 8.1

Launch Device Manager then connect the phone while off. Take note of what it gets detected as. You'll then update the driver of that item using the connection-disconnection fix @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-439.html

I have uninstalled and installed the drivers twice but getting the same error.
trying to hold vol buttons while downloading the flash I DID NOT get the error but the flashtool stuck at this screenshot (Red bar with download DA 100%, waiting several minutes but no more actions)

I used another version of SP flashtool and I got another error (3178),

thats a mismatch error. means the ROM isnt compatible with the phone. search for another firmware
BTW, what does the phone get detected as under Device Manager?
