HELP! Tecno G9 pad unable to charge beyond 3%
(01-12-2015, 10:42 AM)random This issue started immediately I flashed the ROM using SP Flash tool and stock MTK ROM gotten from this same site.
I've flashed CWM custom recovery and wiped battery stats...but to no avail.
Ive also installed a battery calibration tool from the play store (as recommended by one of the users on here) and didnt solve the problem.
HARDWARE:
I've replaced with a different battery with no solution.
The charging port seems ok as it is visibly charging (or discharging rather).
Please help.

I have been trying to download this. Hopefully by the end of today, I'll get the download completed and try flashing once again with SP Tools.
I'll update immediately I'm done.
Thanks.

After about an hour on charge, battery dropped from initial 3% to 2%! This is quite strange. Pls help!!!
