[Please help] Tecno g9 stock rom

How can I get the stock Rom for tecno g9,  It doesn't power up more than 3% since I flash it? Thanks.

We've uploaded a new firmware that fixes this bug. Download it @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-311.html and flash it

Tried running the stock Rom with a computer, the phone just went off completely due to not enough power. Presently computer can't even recognize the phone and its getting hot when plugged. Just feel like crying now

Find a way to take out the battery then slot it back in

After taking out and reinserting the battery, leave the phone to charge for 2 hours then try flashing
