Gud p.m sir... thks for helping me out with the tecno
p5... finally got it working. ... Sir, I have a samsung
tablet which can't make calls, only receives nd send
msgs.... Sir, is there a way I can enable d call
functionality some aw somewhere, maybe in d bootloader
or something. ... is there a way Sir? nd also, it has this
display showing up at start up... like showing d name of
my school... how can I fix that too Sir? ?

depending on the market it was intended for, certain features are either included or removed. In your case, its the call function.
If there's a variant of it that supports calling then you'll need a custom ROM for your phone.
