Infinix X551(1+16) dead after flashing

#1

Hi,
I flashed an infinix X551(1+16) with a backup file i created from the same type of working phone. The phone was hanging on infinix logo before flashing, the phone accepted the file and flashed completely and went dead after the flashing.
I tried flashing the phone again with the same file but the phone is not accepting the file again but giving me error 4032(screenshot attached). I even downloaded another infinix X551(16+1) file from your site and the phone is giving me the same error. I even uninstall and reinstall the mtk usb vcom drivers with the same result.
Pls what can I do next?

Download CORRECT FIRMWARE

http://bbs.infinixmobility.com/forum.php...d&tid=1998

Try moving to format , in the first option, choose format whole flash except bootloader. Then format

After that move to download, load all files including preloaded then select format all + download, then flash

its possible the phone isnt a 16+1. Try the 16+2 and 32+2 files @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-533.html and let me know how it goes
