i have a samsung galaxy grand neo GT-I9060 with suppose internal storage of 16gb, unfortunately, i can only use 1.2gb, is there a possible solution to make it use up to the 16gb as shown in the specifications

Check the stats @ Settings > Storage and send a screenshot.
Is it original or clone?
