This unit came to me dead brick. The owner said he tried to format it including bootloader. Sad

yes, you are right i used MTK droid tools to back up the phone (rooted).

An MTK backup is in two phases.
The backup you have there is for the first phase. You then need to use MTK droid tools to prepare it. Follow the link in my previous reply

I dont have access with a working unit now. Already given the functional infinix x352 to someone else back in philippines.

You shouldn't need a working phone to process. MTK Droid tools only needs the md5 file
