If you want to get Device detected you need to install the MTK USB Drivers. Since MTK 6735 is quite new, many Driver packs don't have them included.

there are 3 Drivers inside:

Mediatek V-Com Drivers for SP Flash tool
Android CDC Drivers (for Flashing)
Latest USB Drivers for Windows (for Computer Phone detection)

How to install the V-Com Drivers you need to look around here in the Forum. There are several tutorials available
