Zero file, no space left on device!

#1

Hi,

I am getting the following error: " Zero file, no space left on device!" (during backup).

I have plenty of space left on my device. I even performed a factory reset to make sure there is enough space left. 19GB free space on the SD card. 1.5TB free space on drive C.

I am using THL 5000 with stock firmware and partitioning(see screenshots).

Thank you for your help.

Please see the attached files. I tried to gather as much info as i could.

have you installed busybox and downloaded MTK droid tools from a different source?

Yes, I have installed busy box and I have tried several versions of MTK Droid tools, downloaded from different sources: 2.5.3, 2.4.5, 2.3.0, 2.3.8.

the clockworkmod folder is being created on the internal memory with 9.77GB free space. Is it possible to change the location to the sd card?

seems the total backup is greater than 9.77GB
you could try swapping storage but it could brick the phone
try using the method @ https://forum.hovatek.com/thread-526.html instead
