Just wanted to share with you guys how I rooted the infinix hot x507 lollipop update alongside with custom recovery and xposed installer. This is a download link for my kit (it contains all the necessary files)
  http://www.solidfiles.com/d/3c09a52ca5/

1. Root the phone using iroot app on ur pc.
Remember that USB debugging mode should be on for the iroot app to recognize the phone.
You can enable that by going to settings in ur phone. Then scroll down to about phone. Tap the build number option until u see a msg that tells you "you are now a developer"
Now go back and select USB debugging and enable the the phone USB debugging option.
Remember there are two debugging options u hve to enable.

Now the iroot app u installed on ur pc should nw detect ur fone. And u can now root it.
In some cases u myt need a small Internet connection for your phone to be rooted.

If u do the 1st step right your phone wil definitely be rooted.

2. Now to the next step.
To install the recovery is quite easy. Jst install the mobile uncle tool app on ur phone.

Move the recovery file to the root of ur SD card. Meaning u should copy it to ur SD card without putting it in any folder.
Now open the mobile uncle app. Scroll to recovery update and select the recovery file dat is detected by the mobile uncle app. And it will be installed
U can now reboot to the recovery to confirm for yourself.

I dnt knw if it's the recovery or my phone but the recovery doesn't show both my internal and external SD card.

So nw to the next step.
3. Copy the BETA-SuperSU-v2.56-20151030013730.zip and xposed-v79-sdk21-arm.zip files to root/system folder.
For this to be easier. U should copy this files with root Explorer.
To be mre clear. On the root Explorer app. Go to the root tab.
There are always two tabs on the app.
Root and storage tab. It can be found at the top of the app.
Nw go to the root tab and copy the files to the system folder.

4th step.
4. Now boot ur phone to the recovery.
How to do dat. Jst power off ur phone. When it vibrates it means it's been powered off.
Nw press the power button and the volume up key until the recovery comes up.
Nw select install zip,
den select install zip with free browse.
Nw select something like this //....
Den scroll down and select system.
Nw scroll down and select xposed-v79-sdk21-arm.zip

Afta u've flashed the xposed zip file.
U can go through same process to flash the BETA-SuperSU-v2.56-20151030013730.zip file whch wil replace kingroot with supersu. (this is optional).

After dat u cn nw go back and reboot ur phone.
Wen ur fone is on go and install the xposed installer apk file.

DONE : nw u hve xposed installer on ur fone.

Don't forget to install the BusyBox app to install BusyBox on your phone. Cus some xposed module won't function without it.

I jst found out that the system free space is very low on the infinix x507 lollipop update . And it might cus the installation of the xposed-v79-sdk21-arm.zip and BETA-SuperSU-v2.56-20151030013730.zip to fail. So u myt want to delete or uninstall some useless pre installed or system application.
