I have an Infinix hote note pro X-551 phone and is requesting for privacy protection password. I got a video from your forum on how to remove this problem. And after following the instruction on the video and eventually flashed the phone, I also noticed during the download phase, the Preloader, UBOOT, CACHE, USRDATA were not ticked hence the phone has not start-up ever since. just giving off a sound as if its trying to connect when connected to the system.

My phone has an in-built battery hence I can't do a battery pull.

during the first flashing, did you get the green OK sign or flashing got interrupted?

Yes I did, but i have downloaded the hovatek MTK back up today and it brought the phone back to life but couldn't go beyond the booting start up page. I meant the phone could not load.

do a factory reset in recovery mode

Pls how will I perform the factory reset in recovery mode because the phone did not power on just just loading continously
