[Tutorial] How to fix unknown Baseband version, null / invalid IMEI & SIM card not detected

I have done the nvram restore method and imei replacement method but did not work. I have also requested for a stock rom of my tecno f7 but haven't gotten it. I don't understand the mpob_001 method. Because after downloading and extracting the imei exercise. If I open command prompt on my system trying to create a new file If I type imei exe it will show not recognise as an internal or external command

that's because you're doing it wrong.
1. Do you have your two IMEI numbers ready
2. Have you downloaded IMEI.exe

* extract the content of the IMEI.zip
* open the folder where IMEI.exe is located
* hold Shift on your PC and don't release
* right-click on any space in this folder then select Open command window here
you can proceed from there

the MPB method should've worked. did you successfully create the MP0B_001 file using your 2 IMEI numbers?
