I got a problem with IMEI in my lenovo s650 after factory restore, my SIM cards were not detected and I have tried different methods to write IMEI 1 and 2 again, the problem was when I used radio information for both phone 1 and 2, the radio status if off and SIM status is not ready, so I have followed method No. 1, and and perfectly everything done as you described, but after I restarted my phone still IMEI invalid and SIM cannot be detected, I am using ROM ROW S116.... and the phone is already rooted, so just one issue i want to mention, in the permissions of the file, there are some option cannot be selected, which are set UID, set GID and sticky, it said (changing permission was not successful and some file systems does not allow changes, but for the other permissions I could changed them, so please kindly, any Idea?? I cannot use my phone for the last two weeks.
These are my Radio information ,, maybe you will find something

Hello guys
Just want to tell you that I have solved it :-)
1- Format the phone using Flash tool
2- Reflash the ROM.
3- Root it
4- Using MTK Droid Tool to write the IMEI, and after reboot everything is fine again.
Thanks
