[Please help] my soft bricked tecno f5

pls how do I do that,I just downloaded the sector.IMG,hbr....etc file for f5 and unzipped it but the secro.IMG is missing.

didn't you download the complete MTK backup?

the flashing was done by some engineers in alaba,well I'll just have to adjust to it then,pls most importantly I've been trying to backup the flashed ROM using cwm recovery but it freezes at "backing up .android_secure..." what should I do?

this usually takes long to backup so you need to be quite patient. also, ensure you have at least 3-5GB free on the SD card
