we've seen the backup and everything looks fine.
1. Need you to take a look @ the innjoo f2 you did the readback from. is it different from yours (boot animation, Android version etc)? Also, check the phone info to be sure it's an exact match.
it's weird that you're getting a different boot animation.  is that what the good phone shows?
2. Have you tried navigating using the volume buttons and do they work?

Good day, as regards innjoo F2, i downloaded the stock rom uploaded but when i unzipped, i saw 5 different folders and attempts to unzip those folders proved abortive.
