thanks Hovatek.
i managed to remove the battery. now when i connect the device to PC, it shows "unknown device" or "Relink HS-USB 9008 driver". Please help me with getting right vcom drivers. LG flash tool does not detect.

You will need to uninstall and reinstall your drivers check http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthre...?t=2797190

Hello friend.
thank you for sharing info. i checked and downloaded files I installed drivers but PC does not still detect phone with LG Driver. it still uses Relink hs-ubs qdloader 9008.
LG flash tool 2014 does not detect phone please.

Right-click Relink hs-ubs qdloader 9008 and uninstall it then reinstall LG drivers
